The 47th annual Apatity Seminar "Physics of Auroral Phenomena" will be held on March 11-15, 2024.
The seminar will be held mainly in a face-to-face format with the option of online participation.
The program of the Seminar includes discussions of the rather wide range of phenomena, such as geomagnetic disturbances, auroras, wave processes in the near-Earth space and solar wind, solarterrestrial relations, etc.

The working languages of the Seminar are Russian and English.
We are kindly asking you to inform us as soon as possible about the expected form of your participation. If you are going to come to Apatity, please take care of your accommodation.
Unfortunately, the hotel of the Kola Science Center is temporarily closed.
The hotels nearest to our institute are "Amethyst". You can book rooms in the "Isovela" or in the hotel "Loparochka", but you will have to walk about 20-25 minutes or drive to Institute by taxi. There are also hotels in Kirovsk, for example, "Severnaya". You can also rent an apartment using, e.g., Ostrovok.ru, Sutochno.ru or similar sites, but please check whether the owners will provide you with the necessary payment documents.
