Oral presentations

1. Please upload your presentation to the Organising Committee computer before the session begins.
2. Allow time for questions at the end of your talk.
3. To share a presentation for detailed review, send it to demekhov@pgia.ru, use the Google form, or provide a link to a cloud file. Shared presentations may be placed in a password-protected area of the website.

Online presentations

1. Online sessions use Kontur.Talk. Follow the meeting link in the Oral reports section and enter your name. For a connection or screen-sharing test, contact popova@pgia.ru.
2. Keep your microphone muted except when presenting or asking a question.
3. Use the chat or the raise-hand feature for questions. You may also send a presentation as a backup for technical problems with screen sharing.

Poster presentations

1. Prepare poster files in PDF format, no more than 10 slides or pages, preferably with a 4:3 page ratio.
2. The file size must not exceed 20 MB. For a short oral introduction, prepare a separate PDF of no more than 3 slides and provide it to the Organising Committee no later than the day before the presentation.
3. Files can be sent by email to demekhov@pgia.ru, through the Google form, or as a cloud-storage link.
